Story[]
Louis' guidelines[]
Created over a hundred centuries ago by the peace angel Louis, this sacred book holds powers of immeasurable magnitude, making it a relic unique in its kind. Over the ages, this precious work has been entrusted to three enlightened masters. The first was the angel Louis himself, the very one who conceived it and inscribed its first incantations in its sacred pages. The second was the venerable sage Celestial, a close friend of angel Louis and founder of the legendary Garden of Nesher, a kingdom steeped in wonders.
After Celestial's departure to the eternal heavens, his son, the magician Eternal, inherited this magical legacy. According to angel Louis's recommendations, only those deemed worthy could aspire to possess this legendary grimoire, thus becoming the guardians of its age-old secrets. Each new master of the grimoire was invested with the power to inscribe new magical formulas in its timeless pages. Thus, some magical powers were initially inscribed by angel Louis himself, then by his friend the venerable magician Celestial, before being passed on to Eternal, the last heir of this magical lineage.
Covetousness[]
The people of Nesh knew that many individuals in the world of sorcery coveted The Grimoire of the fire elves, hoping one day to gain ultimate power over the entire universe. Since its creation by angel Louis, this precious artifact has been the object of all desires. According to the stories, one of the most fearsome sorcerers, named Epinas, and his daughter, the witch Coal, are determined to get their hands on it, ready to do anything to succeed. It is even said that in the realm of angels, Coal's father, Epinas, relentlessly pursues angel Louis to steal The Grimoire of the fire elves from him, seeking to compel him to hand it over personally.
Indeed, for this legendary grimoire to recognize a new master, it is necessary for the former owner to hand it over personally to his successor, reciting a magical formula known only to the master from generation to generation. Without this ritual transmission, the grimoire remains inert to those who attempt to steal it. Thus, whoever seizes it will only see yellowed and blank pages, as only the eyes of the true master can decipher the magical formulas inscribed therein, all written in Latin. An extraordinary connection, the result of a formula created by angel Louis himself. Moreover, each owner of the grimoire holds a second magical formula, also devised by angel Louis, which allows, once the grimoire is used, to transform it into a fireball for storage in a special and secure pouch.
Handover[]
Since time immemorial, it is in a distant land where the people of Nesh reside that the magical grimoire has taken up residence. The Nesh, a community of devoted magicians, train daily to increase their power, concocting all kinds of potions and indulging in their favorite games, such as Circulus Cygnus, Venatio, or even magical swan hunting, among other entertainments. Thanks to the magical grimoire of the Fire Elves, the Nesh Magicians are considered the most powerful of all. Today, its holder is the new leader of the Nesh people, the most formidable and seductive magician, known as Eternal.
According to the prophecy, the angel Louis was a being attached to friendship, passionate about travel, and rich in numerous encounters throughout his life. He crossed paths with a group of elf friends who imparted their expertise in woodworking, ironworking, and fire handling, as well as in the handling of various materials. Thanks to this knowledge, he created the grimoire in tribute to his dear companions, the Fire Elves. Even today, in the world of magicians, sorcerers, and even elves, the question remains: is the angel Louis still among us, or has he returned to the heavens to serve his god?
